Step 1: Integrations Sync Meeting

Kick off onboarding by connecting your accounting system and confirming data flow.

Step 2: Core Setup

Establish the core systems and financial connections needed to operate in Adaptive.

Step 3: Job Costing Overview (Accounting)

Review how job costing, expenses, and approvals flow through Adaptive.

Step 4: Job Costing & Payments Go Live

Begin running real workflows and preparing the team for day-to-day usage.
