The Command Center is where all of your agent tools live. Agent features have moved out of the main part of the app, now called Database, and into this one section. From the Command Center you can view and create agents, track tasks, review run history and reports, edit an agent's configuration, manage skills, and act on several items at once.
1. Opening the Command Center
Use the toggle at the top left of the screen to switch between Command center and Database.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts:
Cmd + 1 opens the Command Center.
Cmd + 2 goes back to Database.
2. Finding your way around
The left sidebar in the Command Center has:
+ New agent: create a new agent.
Tasks: your agents' tasks.
Reports: reports your agents have produced.
Skills: the skills your agents can use.
Your agents: each agent is listed by name, for example Billings Agent.
Each agent shows an avatar made from the initials of its name, such as "BA" for Billings Agent.
3. Viewing and creating agents
The agents list shows each agent's Title, Next run, Last run, and Status. Use the search bar and filter above the list to find a specific agent.
To open an agent, click its name.
To create an agent, click + New agent in the sidebar or the green + New custom agent button at the top right of the agents list. The New agent drawer opens on the right.
4. Tasks, Run History, and reports
When you open an agent, you see three tabs: Tasks, Run History, and Configuration.
Tasks lists the agent's tasks with the Assignee, Status, and Date for each.
Run History lists every past run with its Summary, Trigger, Date, and Status. Use the icons in the Actions column to dig into a run:
Click the document icon (View report) to open the run's report as a full page. Click ← Back at the top left to return.
Click the chat icon (Open in chat) to open that run in the AI Assistant panel on the right. Click Close to hide it.
5. Editing an agent's configuration
Open the Configuration tab to edit an agent. This is the same edit form you've used before. It includes the agent's Title, the Active and Dry run toggles, the Prompt, Starting skills, and Reports.
6. Managing skills
Click Skills in the left sidebar to see every available skill, with its Name, Description, Linked agents, and Type. Skills are either Built in or Custom.
7. Using batch actions
Batch actions let you act on several items at once. For example, to archive several custom skills:
On the Skills page, click the filter icon next to the search bar.
Choose Type, then Custom. The filter appears as a pill, such as Type: Custom. Click the x on the pill to remove it.
Tick the checkbox next to each skill you want.
Click Archive selected at the top right.
8. Task counters
A counter appears next to Tasks when there are open tasks. If there are no open tasks, the counter is hidden and the list shows "You currently have no open tasks."
