June 2026 - Draws & Change Orders Pages, Table Views, Vendor Cleanup & More

We shipped two brand-new pages, a flexible new way to view line items, vendor cleanup tools, and more.

📄 Draws & Change Orders, all in one place

Two new pages pull every draw and change order into a single list, so the one you need is always a search away.

  • Filter by job or status

  • Full-text search to jump to a vendor or draw

  • Click through to job, budget, or detail, and back returns you right where you were

↔️ Resizable columns & a cleaner sidebar

Get around faster with a tidier sidebar, and see your full cost codes and account names at a glance.

  • New Accounting Data section groups Bills, Receipts, Timesheets, Payments, Draws, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Card Feed

  • Pin your favorite feature to keep it always in reach

  • Resize any table column; Adaptive remembers your sizing next login

📊 See line items your way

Line items on bills, expenses, POs, and timesheets now flex to how you work, so you can lay everything out exactly how it's easiest to reconcile:

  • See line items in a table view

  • Inline flags and context (like retainage auto-calc alerts)

  • Set a different default per transaction type

🗂️ Active & inactive vendors

Keep your vendor list clean by retiring the ones you no longer use.

  • Deactivate from the vendor detail page

  • Inactive vendors drop off new transactions but stay on existing ones and in filters

  • State syncs both ways with QuickBooks

🧾 Cleaner draw exports

Exports now come out clean and consistent every time, with periods that display exactly how you'd expect.

  • New Period field that displays predictably (blank hides it, both sides show a clean range)

  • Standardized Excel tabs across the board

  • More draw fields surfaced, including retainage

💬 Chat upgrades

  • Rename threads so important conversations stay recognizable

  • A dedicated agent view showing the agent's name and run time

💡 Bite-sized improvements

  • Change order line descriptions: every line, including markup lines, can now carry its own description that flows through to PDF and Excel exports

  • Job activity log: job details now record every change, like a rename, with the specifics of what was updated

  • Payments now have a Created By column and filter

  • Automations access is now permission-based: AI Rules and Settings for Company Admins, Approvals for users with Manage Approval Workflows. Everyone else no longer sees the menu.

  • The filter section is now fully sticky on both vertical and horizontal scroll

  • Vendor documents can now be tied to a job
