Adaptive integrates directly with Sage Intacct. Push and pull accounting lists (jobs, vendors, cost codes), ingest and process transactions in Adaptive, and push them to Sage Intacct with a click when it's time to close the books.
How it works
Day-to-day operations in Adaptive: Adaptive handles the day-to-day. Ingest and process payables, manage the budget, keep track of compliance, and prepare AR. A
Push transactions to Sage Intacct on demand: At the end of the month, push transactions to Intacct with one click so that you can easily close the books.
Pushing is one-way. Once a transaction is in Sage Intacct, make any further edits there (or in both systems). Adaptive does not push automatically and does not pull transaction changes back from Sage Intacct.

FAQ
What if I need to make an edit to a transaction I've already pushed to Sage Intacct?
If you need to edit or delete a transaction you've already pushed to Intacct, you will need to make the update in both systems. In Adaptive, we block further edits after pushing by default to avoid inadvertent updates. You should manually unlock the transaction in Adaptive, make the update, re-push, and delete the original in Intacct.
How often do you recommend pushing transactions?
We recommend running day-to-day operations and reporting in Adaptive and pushing to Intacct at the end of the month before close. That said, you are free to export transactions as frequently as you'd like.
What if I create a new vendor or cost code in Intacct?
We will automatically detect this and pull it into Adaptive.
What if I create a new vendor or cost code in Adaptive?
We will push this to Intacct for you.
