In this session, Reece and Daniel walked through everything shipped over the last quarter. Highlights:
New left sidebar — Jump straight to Draws and Change Orders from the Accounting Data tab. Pinning is coming soon.
Redesigned Expenses page — The separate card feed is retired by design. Transactions auto-create receipts, and uploaded images auto-merge to them, eliminating duplicates. Use the "no image" filter to find missing receipts.
See line items your way — Standard list, side-by-side table, or bottom-of-page table view. Column resizing now saves per user across the app.
Annotate bills — Add text, highlights, and drawings directly on a bill and save as the new file.
Change orders — Send for signature via magic link (no client login required); attach multiple documents at the signature step.
Vendor management — Activate/inactivate vendors with two-way QuickBooks Online sync; mass-reassign vendors on bills and receipts.
AI assistant & agents — Generate reports by prompting (drag in a PDF or Excel to match a format) and build agents to auto-remind cardholders about missing receipts.
On the roadmap: draw approvals, sending draws directly to clients, multi-select transactions per receipt, and an improved custom reports section (now powered by Omni).
