What we covered:
Customer deposits on draws: Apply a deposit to future draws using an undeposited funds line β use the full amount or split it across multiple draws. The deposit balance ticks down as it gets applied. Also walked through removing a revenue budget you turned on by mistake (zero it out with Actions β Calculate Revenue Budget at -100%, then clear the markups).
Custom reporting (AI Assistant): Drag in a PDF or Excel of the report format you want, and the AI Assistant produces it in that same format using your Adaptive data. Big focus over the next month, including for WIP reports with custom columns. Tab-based custom reporting will get a UI lift via the Omni acquisition.
Workflow activation toggle: Approval workflows can now be set inactive or active. Useful for staff out on leave, PMs out for the week, or testing a workflow on a few bills before releasing it team-wide.
Custom Agents: Custom-built agents for WIP analysis, insurance compliance and dunning, project-context voice calls with PMs, schedule-driven percent-complete prompts, and document extraction from email. Additional cost, 90-day delivery, starts with a discovery call. Email Daniel to scope.
Pricing tiers: Existing customers are not being forced to upgrade β current plans and pricing stay as-is. The new tier is where new features and 1:1 account manager support are going. Account managers are reaching out to walk through fit individually.
