💬 Find AI Assistant Tasks Faster

As the AI Assistant continues expanding, keeping track of conversations and tasks should feel simple.

Now when you open the assistant, conversations are organized into:

  • In Progress Agents — tasks currently running

  • Awaiting Follow-Up — conversations needing your attention

  • Conversation History — past conversations for easy reference

This makes it easier to jump back into active work and quickly locate previous tasks or discussions.

👉 Try this: Open the AI Assistant and check the In Progress Agents section to see what’s currently running.

More usability improvements for the AI Assistant are coming soon.

📊 Get Clearer Visibility Across Your Projects

When reviewing project activity or preparing financial reports, quick visibility makes all the difference.

You can now access new built-in reports including:

  • Lien Waivers Report — track waiver status across projects

  • Changes Report — monitor important updates across transactions

We’ve also added Class and Job Active fields to several reports including:

  • All Transactions

  • Unpaid Bills

  • Purchase Orders

This makes it easier to filter reports, review activity, and understand exactly what’s happening across your projects.

👉 Try this: Go to Reports → Lien Waivers to see waiver status across your jobs.

📤 Export Bills & Expenses the Way You Want

Exports should match your workflow — not force you to reorganize spreadsheets afterward.

You can now fully customize exports from the Bills and Expenses pages.

You can:

  • Choose exactly which columns to include

  • Reorder columns to match your reporting format

  • Save export preferences automatically

This makes it easier to generate clean exports for reporting, reconciliation, or sharing with partners.

👉 Try this: Export your Bills list and select the columns that match your reporting workflow.

Power tip: Your column preferences are saved automatically once you set them.

🌙 Work More Comfortably with Dark Mode

If you spend long hours inside Adaptive, visual comfort matters.

You can now switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode based on your preference.

👉 Try this: Toggle Dark Mode in your user settings (both mobile and desktop) to see which view you prefer.
