New features
Project defaults. Stop toggling the same settings on every job. Go to Settings > General and turn on defaults for changes, revenue budget, or categories across all jobs.
Sidebar pinning. Under Accounting Data, pin the items you use most, like receipts, bills, draws, and change orders, so they stay in your toolbar.
How-to tips
Search expenses by amount. Use the global search at the top of the screen. The Receipts and Accounting Data pages don't search by amount, but global search does.
Find transactions missing receipt images. Ask the AI assistant to find all transactions without a receipt image, exclude accounts you don't need images for like gas or meals, and notify the cardholders. This gives you a repeatable weekly check.
See partially paid bills by vendor. Go to Bills, filter by the vendor, then filter status by partially paid. You can also open the vendor to view related transactions and open balances.
Edit multiple expenses at once. Select multiple line items and edit job, cost code, or billable status together from the Actions menu.
