How to access and navigate our help center.

Access the Help Center:

In the lower-left corner of your application, you'll find a Question Mark (?) button labeled "Need Help?"

Click the Need Help? button to bring up our Help & Support window.

From this window, you have several options:

  • Home

  • Messages

  • Help

  • Tickets




Messages:

  • Chat with a Live Support Rep.

  • M-F, 10am-7pm ET


Help:

  • Search our Help Center for:

    • FAQs:

      • A series of quick Answers for Frequently Asked Questions.

    • Help Articles (Onboarding Checklist):

      • Help articles are divided into these categories:

        • Setup

        • Bills & Bill Payments

        • Receipts

        • Budgets & Draws

        • Purchase Orders

        • Vendors

        • Custom Reports

  • Note:

    • You can also access our Help Center from adaptive.build.

    • Just click the Need Help? option at the top.

    • You'll see the same options for FAQs & Onboarding Checklist.
