QuickBooks Desktop: Certain records aren't syncing from QuickBooks, how do I fix this?

For QuickBooks Desktop Users:

As a starting point, make sure that you've run a sync recently in the QuickBooks Web Connector. To run a sync, do the following:

Steps to run a regular sync in QuickBooks Desktop

-Open QuickBooks Desktop as an Admin user

-Click File

-Click "App Management"

-Click "Update Web Services"

-Check the box next to Adaptive and click "Update Selected"

If records are still missing, you might need to Pull All Records on the next sync. This will run the entire initial sync between Adaptive and QuickBooks Desktop again, so it could take a few hours. Therefore, we recommend doing this towards the end of the day and leaving the web connector open over night.

Steps to run a "Pull all Records" sync in QuickBooks Desktop

-Go to Adaptive

-Go to the Settings (gear icon)

-Click the three dots next to the QuickBooks Desktop sync and select "pull all records on next sync" (screenshot below)

-Once this is done, follow the steps above to run a regular sync
