Adaptive uses email and text notifications to help you get the most out of the platform. But we understand your inbox can get flood quickly so let’s make sure that you only get the notifications that you want. Check out the steps below to see how.

Select the Settings tab from the left navigation bar and click 'Profile' to be taken to your personal settings. When you scroll down, you'll see options to Manage Your Notifications. Here, you can select which notification types you want to receive.

Adaptive offers two options for receiving your notifications. You can choose to receive them instantly, upon the action being completed. This means you will get individual emails for each notification. Or, you can choose to receive them just once, on a Daily basis at 9am EST. This email will be a summary format of all relevant notifications.

To adjust the frequency of your notifications, click the text beside the 'Deliver' option under 'Manage your notifications'
