Adaptive allows you to customize which email and text notifications you receive. Use the settings described below to control your notification types and how often they are delivered.
1. Access Your Notification Settings
Select your Name Dropdown in the the top-right corner
Click My Profile to open your personal settings.
2. Choose Your Notification Types
Under Manage Your Notifications, select the specific notification types you want to receive.
Check the box next to each notification you want enabled.
Uncheck any notifications you do not want to receive.
3. Configure Notification Frequency
Adaptive provides two delivery frequency options:
Instant — Receive a notification every time an action occurs.
Daily Summary — Receive a single summary email each day at 9:00 AM EST.
Note: Some notifications in Adaptive are enabled by default and cannot be turned off from your profile settings. These include alerts for vendor ACH changes, bank account archiving, and other critical account activity.
