1. Access General Settings
To begin the QuickBooks connection process:
Click your initials in the top-right corner of Adaptive
Select Settings
Navigate to General
2. Open the Integrations Section
Within General settings:
Scroll down to the Integrations section
Review the integration status, which displays when no integrations are connected
Click Connect to QuickBooks
3. Log In to QuickBooks
After selecting Connect to QuickBooks:
Log in using your QuickBooks credentials
Complete the QuickBooks authentication flow
Once authentication is complete, your QuickBooks account is connected to Adaptive.
4. Get Help if You Encounter Issues
If you experience issues during the connection process:
Contact your Account Manager
Reach out to Support
Important: If the user who initially connected the QuickBooks Online integration is removed from the account, you must reconnect QuickBooks using this same workflow.
