This page allows you to view and manage all current QuickBooks sync errors in one place. You can review error details, filter by type, search messages, and take action without opening individual draws, bills, or receipts.
1. Accessing Sync Errors
To view your sync errors:
Select Settings in the top-right corner.
Select Sync Errors.
This opens a dedicated page listing all current QuickBooks sync errors.
2. Viewing Error Details
The Sync Errors page displays key information for each error:
Error Message
Type (e.g., draw, bill, receipt, purchase order)
Reference Number
Date
Use this list to quickly review and identify the items that need attention.
3. Taking Action on Errors
Each error includes action options:
Re-Sync β Attempts to sync the item again.
Ignore β Marks the error as ignored without opening the associated item.
Note: Draws, bills, receipts, and other item types appear in this list.
4. Filtering and Searching Errors
Use filters to narrow down the list:
Filter by Type (bill, receipt, draw, purchase order, etc.)
Search by Error Message to return matching results
These tools help you quickly locate specific problems.
5. Viewing Ignored Errors
To review previously ignored issues:
Select the Ignored Sync Errors view on the page.
Review ignored items as needed.
Use Re-Sync from this view if you want to retry syncing an ignored item.
