What are the payment terms?

Adaptive Card is a pay in full charge card. Any outstanding statement balance will be automatically debited on each monthly payment due date from your designated bank account or Adaptive Balance. If your account cannot be successfully debited on the payment due date, your card may be locked and you won't be able to make new purchases until your balance has been repaid. Late fees may apply.

Does Adaptive Card have an APR or interest rate?

No, Adaptive Card does not have an APR or interest rate so long as your outstanding balance is paid in full each month.

Will applying affect my credit score?

No, Adaptive Card does not perform a credit check on you or your business and will not impact your credit score in any way.

What will my credit limit be?

Your Adaptive Card credit limit is based on your business financials. To receive a credit limit that is best suited for your business, it's recommended to connect all business bank accounts.

What does the application process look like?

The application process typically takes less than 3 minutes, all that's needed is some information on you and your business in addition to connecting your business bank accounts. Once you complete your application, a decision is typically made in real time but can occasionally take up to 2 business days if further information is required.

How soon can I get my Adaptive Card?

Once approved, your account will be immediately available for use. Your physical card will be mailed to you and will typically arrive within 5 business days from the date it's created. While you wait, you will have access to a virtual Adaptive Card that can be used immediately for online purchases and be added to your mobile wallet.

Can I issue multiple cards?

Yes, you can issue unlimited cards at no cost to your business so that each member of your team can have their own dedicated card.

Does Adaptive Card offer spend controls?

Yes, Adaptive Card has custom spend controls that allow you to confidently manage your team spend by limiting cards usage to certain categories like fuel pumps or hardware or by setting a specific card budget to limit the total spend a card can incur.

Where do I manage my Adaptive Card?

You can manage your card in your Adaptive Card dashboard, which will provide you with the ability to change your card settings, pay off your balance, have detailed insights into your card spend, and much more.
