Jobs in Adaptive are pulled in from Quickbooks or can be manually added via the New Job button in the top right corner. If you manually add the job in Adaptive, it will push the job to QB as well.
We pull in three types of "job records" from QuickBooks:
There are 2 statuses for Jobs: Active and Inactive.
- When you first onboard to Adaptive, all Jobs will come in as Inactive and you will need to go through and Activate any current jobs.
To Activate your Jobs select them one at a time or in bulk via the table view and then click the Activate button on the right.
