Step 1: Search and Filter
From the Bills or Expenses module, search and filter for the transactions you’re looking for. You can filter by account number, cost code, etc.

Step 2: Select Transactions
Then, you can press ‘Download all’ to export the log of all transactions that match your search, or select the individual transactions you want to include and click ‘Download Selected’

Step 3: Download
Once highlighted, click the ‘Download’ button on the right and choose Download Selected. Then, specify if you’d like the CSV file only or the backup included. And that’s it! You’ll have a downloaded PDF and CSV in no time to use for pay apps with subs, monthly billing, and record.
