1. AI reads job name off invoices. We spent this summer using the latest in AI to read the job code on invoices, even if the name on the invoices is different from the job code in Adaptive. We have been testing this in beta and it has been 90%+ accurate. We are now launching this for all users. Let us know what you think!
2. Let your subcontractors upload their compliance docs. You can now send an email directly to your Vendors asking them to upload insurance docs, W9, etc. Watch the video below to learn more
3. Custom report builder. You can build custom reports across all of your data in Adaptive and QB. For example, you might want to build a report that shows credit card spend by user, or you might want to look at which cost codes tend to run over budget. 4. Edit bills across all stages (even after paid). No more logging into QuickBooks to edit paid bills. You’ll be able to change the job code and cost code directly from Adaptive
